1931 - 2008
For ten days in the
summer of 1931, 53 boys and girls met each morning at
Torrey Beach on the shore of Canandaigua Lake, starting
a tradition that carries on today as 4-H Camp Bristol
Hills. Todays summer camp program has grown over the
years, but still holds true to much of the traditional
summer camping program. Boys and girls, between 5 and
15 years of age, experience overnight- and day- camp
opportunities. Children enjoy crafts, sports, swimming,
adventure programs and more, while building friendships
and memories that will last a lifetime.
